When you first visit one of our professionally decorated model homes you will be greeted by our onsite Community Sales Manager. All our Associates are REALTORS and members of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS. All adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and all welcome the opportunity to assist you. Each Associate will be able to provide you with floor plans and pricing, available inventory, and community information including locations of shopping, dining, churches and daycare facilities.
Financing the home of your dreams can be a daunting task. Our Preferred Lender is Tonya Esquibel of SWBC. Tonya is extremely well versed in programs designed specifically for First Time Buyers and the special incentives for Marquis home buyers. Team Esquibel has continually given superior service to our purchasers by providing, among other things, Good Faith Estimates, accurate information and caring guidance through all aspects of the lending process. We at Marquis Homes understand that writing the contract can make even the most seasoned home buyer a bit anxious. Our Community Sales Manager will take the time to explain all the paperwork to you. All extraordinary requests are put in writing to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. All our Buyers also participate in a Pre-construction Meeting with our community Builder/Superintendent for homes sold prior to drywall stage. All our Buyers have the benefit of two walk-throughs prior to closing where your home will be demonstrated and any questions or concerns may be fully addressed.
